Sorry this is sideways - I still haven't figured out how to rotate pictures while I am scanning, or when I get them on here! This is a huckabuck hand towel which I just had to have! I have another one, and some more bits, but this is when the scanner spat the dummy and refused to co-operate!

Wow, look at all of these beautiful pieces of needlework. What a gorgeous collection. I'd love to take you to an antique store that is just a suburb over from me - it has a whole section devoted to old doilies, tablecloths, hankies and all kinds of embroidered, crocheted and delicately made things. I obviously haven't popped in for a while cause I was looking at the pictures of where you live - you lucky thing! Your home looks like it is in a little rainforest, so lovely!

Very pretty! I can turn my pictures once they are in a folder. By the way Gina, I used "Thread Heaven" today, and just love it. No tangled floss! Thankyou again for telling me about it. It was you, wasn't it? And, the stuff isn't the least bit sticky either. My embroidery on my apron is finished now. Just have to sew the ties on and post a picture. I've a feeling I'm going to enjoy wearing it.

Hi ladies, thank you for your comments! Shell, where did you say you live? LOL! I don't really want to know - I have enough trouble curbing my spending without having more temptation put in front of me!
Maggie ann, yes it was me that told you about Thread Heaven, and I am pleased it worked for you. I haven't tried mine yet, but the next time I use rayon or metallic thread, I will certainly give it a run!
