This is part of our street. It is about 2 kls long, and has several hills along its length. We are down 'in the dip', just after the roundabout on the left hand side. You wouldn't think there were any houses here at all, would you?

You sure can't see any houses from the picture. What is your weather like year round if you don't mind me being a bit of a pest?

LOL, Maggie Ann - I am flattered by your continuing interest! Melbourne's weather is unpredictable at the best of times - a bit like Chicago. When I was there, I was told if I didn't like the weather, stick around, it will change in an hour! Well, Melb is a bit like that. But, basically warm to hot in the summer months, cool or cold in winter, but some lovely days thrown in unexpectedly. Autumn (fall to you) is the best time in Melbourne - the weather is usually balmy and pleasant. People generally try to schedule their major events this time of the year if they can, because the weather is more reliable then than the rest of the year. Spring is all over the place, usually wet and windy, but the gardens look so great if we have had good rain, that it is worth being patient through the miserable days!

So you have seasons like we do in the States. I've enjoyed your descriptions of the weather and your pictures Gina. Thankyou for sharing. So many times people say that but its really true. What our lives are like really is nice to share with someone who may never come our way.
