The queues snaked all over the hall, dodging cameramen, tables set up for the experts, and other queues, which got hopelessly intermingled! But everybody cheerfully put up with it all. Aussies can be very patient - I think it is the British streak in our common background!

Sounds like you had a wonderful time, but I'm sure that could be so intimidating. Yay for you to get an autograph too!

How exciting! Did the other people express thier excitment over being there or did they just act like it was the norm?

Nothing much intimidates me, Melissa - lol! Yes it was exciting, and yes, everyone else was excited too, Maggie Ann. It is the first time the Roadshow has been here and the tv show has a huge following here.

Sounds like you had a lovely time at the roadshow! It must be very interesting actually being there, much better than watching on TV.

It sounds as though you have been very busy! I didn't see your name on the bulletin boar--were you not able to log in? Anytime you want to do a one on one stitching swap just let me know! :)

Hi Gina, thanks for the encouragement about my apron. I'll get it finished. I'm using shorter lengths of floss and thats helping somewhat. I did try a damp sponge on the floss, but it still wanted to knot up. Most frustrating but its coming along. = ).
