Hi Nansews,
This little pattern is on Leisure Arts Leaflet No.374, titled "Gift Jars And Recipes". It is supposed to be for a jam jar lid, but the designs could be used for any small item in my opinion, especially fridge magnets! I would email you privately with more details, but you don't have a contact link on your blog :-(
