Lovely! But where did they get the time to do all these lovelies? Maybe no tv, but maybe no washer and dryers like we have today either. My mum had a wringer washer for years...yuk..once somebodys hand went through with the clothes...oh memories *smile* glad they are just that and no longer reality.

Oh Maggie Ann - this is quite a co-incidence. My mum would never have a washing machine, mostly because she also knew someone whose hand got caught in the automatic wringer.
