how nice ! I have a friend who sells vintage linen on ebay. She brings a container of linen, eiderdowns and other fun vintage textiles from England about twice a year. Let me know if you would like her name ! her shop sounds like your heaven :)

I love these "crinoline" ladies---they are very pretty! I have a book to make similar figures but for quilting. Very nice!!

Robyn, I think I know the ebay seller you are referring to - she mentions in her auctions that she brings stuff from the UK regularly. I have occasionally browsed eBay UK and lusted after some of the cloths, but it is too expensive to pay the exchange rates and postage, so I don't bid for anything there. It is great to know this person is willing to import it in bulk lots!

I had a look, Gina & yes, you have been a customer of hers. I actually help her list sometimes but I am the vintage clothes expert, so that is what I list for her. If ever you get to the Blue Mountains, you must call in and see her shop. You would love it!
I agree with postage costs.
Hey, if I ever see anything in the shop, I could take pictures and email them to you.... then if you wanted you could call her & buy it. Just let me know

Oh dear, don't tempt me Robyn! Just let me find them on eBay; if I am given a free reign to choose without opposition from other bidders, my bank would close its doors on me forever :-(
