This peg bag looks deceptively simple, but take a closer look at the stitching. Some of those petals and leaves are worked in perfect bullion stitches...the likes of which I shall never be expert enough to do! (sigh..) But at least I can admire it in my collection. This bag by the way, is designed so you slip a coat hanger in the top for it to hang on the clothes line. Nifty!

Oh Gina, you always have the most wonderful things!!! I just have to ask...Are "Pegs" what we here in the States call clothes pins??? I just can't believe how great everything looks! I'd love to see a picture of your home and how you have it all displayed. That's a HINT in case you didn't know! HA Please keep posting pictures! Hugs, Sher

Hi Sher, thanks for visiting! Yes, pegs are clothes pins. I have put a couple of photos of corners of my linen room on here a few weeks ago...sorry, you will have to go searching! I sound like a broken record, but I must get my digital camera out and learn how it works; I could put so many more photos on my blogs.

I did take a closer look, yes, they sure are perfect bullion stitchs, and beauties! I just got the book Embroidery A to Z for a gift and it has lots of bullion stitch things in it. Gina, thanks for your comments at knitting kat re/my computer....I did run 'spybot' and ad-aware...they came up with nothing. That death screen is scary, thats for sure. Thats the second time I've had that happen. I run Norton but it hasn't come up with anything either. Here's hoping.....smile.

Oh Gina, I've just read your comment at my blog, and I hope I haven't hurt your feelings! I actually don't recall a suggestion of meeting for coffee I'm afraid! And to be quite honest, I am happy to remain anonymous. That's why I don't use my real name, or my partner's and children's names, and I have never actually named 'that W place' on my blog. I hope I haven't offended you, it's just that I prefer to keep my online friends online.

By the way, I adore that blue and white tray cloth a couple of posts down. I am such a sucker for blue and white!

Bestest regards,
Suse
