Again, I'm not sure if this comes under Lagartera. Please advise!

The orange 4 sided stitches and the feeler like stitches done in black seem to be characteristics of Lagartera. They appear in a couple of lagartera Charts I own. The satin stitches in your sample are square shaped while mine are diamond shaped with a tiny space in the center. My charts are from a needlework book published in India by Coats in 1973. Coats India is a subsidiary of Coats U.K.
