On my sixth day of stitching, this is where I'm up to after about 6 hours. Gosh I envy you girls who have time to sit and stitch all day. But then again, I don't think my eyes (or my hands!) would survive a nonstop 6 hour marathon!

That's a lovely piece and you're off to a great start! I too would love to stitch all day instead of one hour at night! ;)

Cross stitch takes a long time to create its beauty & magic of turning into art doesn't it.

Gina your piece is looking great so far. I find with cross stitch at times you can stitch for hours at one go and never see any progress but then it all just seems to fall into place and you stand back and say WOW. It never ceases to amaze me what beautiful pieces can be created from a bunch of coloured crosses. Looking forward to seeing more of your work as it progresses......
