Another friend (at the Embroiderers' Guild) gave this to me yesterday. Like me, she has a large collection of aprons, and culls them now and then. I am the lucky recipient of the culled aprons! I was happy to add this gorgeous gingham apron to my collection of cross stitched and chicken scratch stitch gingham items.

I am sure my mother had a cross stitched apron like this, only yellow with orange stitching. Brought back an important memory for me
