Friendship stitchery

Cheryl gave me this little stitchery kit for Christmas, and apologised for not actually stitching it for me. I told her not to fret over it - I would do it myself. It only took me a couple of days. I haven't decided what to do with it - maybe frame it, or sew it on to something else, or use it in a block for a patchwork project.

Oh, isn't that pretty. Would make a lovely wall hanging

Thank you Jane! It only measures about 16cm by 14cm, so I think it's a bit small to be put on a wall unless it is framed.

I love it Gina and I think it would be lovely in a small quilt.

Wonderful gift!
I would make a cushion - but then I would make a cushion out of cat food at the moment - cushions on the brain :P
Happy New YEar!!

Lovely little finish - as well as the good suggestions already given, it would also make a lovely insert to a tote bag :)

Oh that is really lovely.

It's a lovely piece - and I really like the sentiment. It should work well with whatever you decide.

The tote bag suggestion sounds good, but I think it would make a perfect patch for a quilt.
