"It takes ages to finish a quilt you're not working on!"

I stitched this for the 25th anniversary of our friends. Sue and I went to school together. She is one day younger than me. She does a lot of crochet, and has finished off many of my UFOs that I have embroidered, but not been able to finish, as I can't crochet. She doesn't embroider, so I think she will like my effort here.

Thats sweet of you to do a stitched piece for her. Thats a lot of time, and time is a precious gift to give....how interesting that you went to school together.

Hi Gina!

Thanks for your visit to my blog! I love your work too.

Can you do me one of those 40+ tablecloths??? I haven't the staying power for something that big (I like small and medium sized work) but I'd like to do a couple of runners for our table at home - one in blackwork and one in Liina, a Finnish technique, kinda like hardanger, but colourful and without the cutwork elements.

Hugs,

Elisabeth=)
