Another apron, but this one completely unworked. I have another calico apron with a koala embroidered on it, but a slightly different design to this.

I love these doyleys! In Primary School, as proud members of the Gould League Bird Lovers, we were able to buy some of these doyleys through the club. I don't think I ever finished one, but remember the lovely smell of the linen or cotton and the excitement of the project.
I too have a collection of old doyleys, a couple of great Crinoline Ladies and kiddies animals.
I'd like to print a couple of yours out and enlarge them, if you don't mind...
I have so many projects, not only on the go, but on the list, that I may not ever work them, but that's beside ther point!
The Lyrebird particularly is gorgeous. Good find!
