Two small UFO finishes.

I've had a couple of stints of Volunteer duty at the Guild's exhibition, and taken the opportunity to finish off a couple of small UFOs that have been lying around forever. Most of the members on duty bring something to stitch, because we just sit there most of the time, answering questions and taking money for sales or entrance fees. These two are odd bits that I've picked up in opshops, or been given, and they were a handy size to put in my shoulder bag for the day.

Love that top piece. Did you add the crochet edging or was that already there? Very pretty embroidery on both.

Thank you ladies! The crocheted edge on the sandwich doiley was already there when I got it. I don't do crochet, sadly. I learnt to crochet granny squares years ago, but never could get my fingers around the small stuff.

Gina....love your apron blog!! I think the cloth you mentioned is Hungarian or Eastern European....but its a bit stained and in my 'to be seen to ' pile...huge and overwhelming. But you have inspired me to, at least, put it in soak right this minute, cheers, Jan
