I didn't wait for Ken's birthday or Christmas to give this to him. It was never intended for that purpose; I just kept stirring him up over the years by telling him he might get the Indian for his next birthday, etc. It is sitting on the floor in this pic because it was the only place I could get a photo without the flash reflecting off the glass (even though it is non-reflective glass). Ken has been busy since he got home from work, trying it out in different spots around the lounge room. I'm just glad it's all over!
Patra's Place will be mostly about my linen collection, but also about my SINS (Stuff I'll Never Stitch), UFOs (UnFinished Objects) and projects that I am currently working on. Since I created this first blog, I have diversified somewhat! You can see the list of my other blogs, and my favourite websites and blogs by other people, on the sidebar.

Wonderful Gina... I think that the Indian was one of the things I remember about our first meeting - what was it - about six years ago... LOL was it really that long ago... It makes me realise how quickly the time has gone... Have you thought about writing a little history of it for future times... I am always fasinated to know 'the story behind the stitching'.. You and Ken take care now... S
