My latest Chicken Scratch apron - doesn't the red thread give it new life! Posted by Picasa
Actually, this is an interesting one more for the fabric - it is not the standard gingham, but a more complex check that means the chicken scratch is a little more subdued.
I've always loved red and blue together.

I like the addition of the second color. Most I've seen are just white on the gingham, which is a more subtle look.
