Cic...Hi Maggie and Cici, thanks for your comments! Cici, I use an Aussie product called Napisan to soak all my linen. I forget what the American equivalent is called, but it comes under the class of oxygenating cleaners, or something like that. It does NOT contain ammonia or any kind of bleach. I soak my linens in it overnight (or longer if they are badly stained), then rinse them in cold water, and hang them on the clothes line to dry.Gina E.https://www.blogger.com/profile/07532527261977368083noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11847921.post-1156245954906499332006-08-22T21:25:00.000+10:002006-08-22T21:25:00.000+10:00Did you use some special techniques and/or washing...Did you use some special techniques and/or washing solution to clean all this linen?Stash Queenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04375714553499801013noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11847921.post-1156203407182029132006-08-22T09:36:00.000+10:002006-08-22T09:36:00.000+10:00Gina, how sweet of you to do all that work for you...Gina, how sweet of you to do all that work for your friend, even though I'm sure there were lots of 'pretties' there....=)Maggie Annhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04991999931680942893noreply@blogger.com
